  • 2 tablespoons of Mr Duim peanut butter
  • Honey or fruit (optional)

Preparation:
Separate two slices of whole wheat bread and spread Mr Duim peanut butter evenly. If desired, finish with honey or fruit to add extra flavor and energy. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 pack of low-sugar Maria biscuits (140 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of Mr Duim peanut butter
  • 1 carton of zero-lactose heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon of culinary stevia (or sweetener)
  • Skim zero-lactose milk, for soaking the biscuits (optional)
  • 1 batch of fit brigadeiro, for topping

Preparation:
In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, peanut butter, and sweetener. Mix with a whisk or fork until smooth and creamy. In a serving dish, layer the cream and biscuits, alternating layers until all the cream is used. Finish with a layer of biscuits. Prepare the fit brigadeiro and spread it over the pavê. Let it cool, then refrigerate before serving.
